Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund within 10 business days via your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
